Debris Removal and Portable Toilet Rental Services

The Richmond, Virginia government authority is seeking a vendor to provide debris removal and portable toilet rental services. The agency requires these services to manage waste and sanitation needs across all locations assigned by the authority. The selected contractor will resolve the agency's need for coordinated debris logistics and temporary sanitation facilities over a two-year contract period. The scope of work for debris removal covers the pick-up, loading, hauling, and disposal of debris at a location of the contractor's selection. Each unit must include a chemical toilet bowl, a deodorizer to neutralize odors, hand sanitizer, and toilet paper rolls. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work must take place onsite in Richmond, Virginia. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services.
