Demolition Waste Material Dump Site Services

The City of Rockford Water Division is seeking a vendor to provide a demolition waste material dump site for the disposal of materials generated from municipal water system operations. The agency needs a designated site where its employees can deliver and dump excavated materials and debris utilizing ten-cubic-yard dump trucks. This service will resolve the agency's need to dispose of soil, clay, gravel, asphalt, concrete, pipe materials, and other incidental construction debris resulting from water main repairs, emergency main breaks, service line work, and routine system maintenance. The scope of work covers the receipt and disposal of all specified debris generated by the Water Division's maintenance and repair activities. The contract period will span one year, and the performance of the work must occur offsite at the vendor's provided dump site. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 8, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submissions received to select the most suitable dump site service.
