Log Cabin Disassembly and Removal Service

The Colorado government authority is seeking a vendor to provide complete log cabin disassembly and removal services at a designated gravel pit. The project requires the total disassembly and removal of the log cabin shell, all related building components, contents, and materials down to the foundation. The agency highly encourages the recycling of any building materials possible during this process. The selected contractor must assume responsibility for all disposal fees, permits, and related costs associated with hauling away the cabin shell and all remaining building materials. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all requested disassembly and removal work must take place onsite at the Colorado location. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 22, 2026. All questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026, and final responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
