Waste Container, Removal and Recycling Services

The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners in Florida is seeking a contractor to provide waste container, removal, and recycling services throughout the county. The county needs dumpsters, commercial waste compactors, self-contained heavy compactors designed for facilities with high liquid content solid waste, recycling dumpsters, and recycling receptacle cans or carts measured in gallons. The selected contractor must perform hauling, waste disposal services, and ongoing maintenance, including the cleaning of all dumpsters, compactors, containers, and recycling carts. The county requires the contractor to take full responsibility for the disposal of all waste, recyclables, and contamination. All recycling services will operate under the direction of the county's Recycling Manager or a designated representative. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The county is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget.
