Collection of Refuse, Garbage, Recyclable Materials and Bulk Cluster Service

The Putnam County government authority in Carmel, New York is seeking a vendor to collect refuse, garbage, recyclable materials, and bulk cluster services. The agency requires the collection of all putrescible and non-putrescible refuse wastes, excluding body wastes, which includes garbage, rubbish, trash, yard waste, and ash. This service involves collecting wastes from multi-family buildings using centralized steel containers with a capacity of two to six cubic yards. The requested containers may be of the front-load or rear-load type depending on the service specifications, and the scope excludes waste that is hazardous due to pathological, flammable, explosive, radiological, or toxic characteristics.
