The City of Austin, Texas, requires roadway recycling services for asphaltic-concrete-pavement roads. The agency is seeking a contractor to perform subgrade preparation, including the provision of all necessary materials. The project covers the removal of the existing pavement structure to a depth of eight inches, the disposal of all excavated materials, and the management of traffic control. The scope of work demands that the contractor include all incidental costs in their proposal.
