Urban Recycled Water Rate and Fee Study Consultant Services

The Sacramento County Water Agency is seeking a consultant to assist in developing a rate and fee structure for its urban recycled water program. The agency needs to evaluate current rate and fee structures, analyze system operating costs, assess capital improvement needs, and identify funding sources.
