Emergency Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services

The Virgin Islands government authority in St. Croix is seeking emergency disaster debris removal and disposal services to respond to disaster events. The agency requires a contractor to perform an initial debris push, large-scale debris removal and hauling, and debris separation, storage, processing, and disposal. The selected provider must also handle the demolition of structures, hazardous waste, hazardous limb and tree removal, stump grinding, and sand removal from roads and rights-of-way. The scope of work further covers beach sand screening and replacement, emergency berm construction, project management assistance, and support with Federal and State reporting and reimbursement efforts. Bidders must perform all work offsite in St. Croix. Only onshore, United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity.
