The scope of work covers preparation, mobilization, emergency planning, and the physical collection of materials. The contractor must perform waste identification, maintain detailed record-keeping, package the materials, and manage temporary storage. Final transportation and disposal must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, while the authority provides specified support services. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The contractor must perform all waste disposal work offsite.
