Demolition Waste Material Dump Site Services

The City of Rockford Water Division requires a designated demolition waste material dump site for the disposal of materials generated during municipal water system operations. The agency is seeking a vendor to accept and manage the delivery of excavated materials and related debris transported by municipal employees in ten-cubic-yard dump trucks. This service will resolve the agency's need for a reliable disposal location for soil, clay, gravel, asphalt, concrete, pipe materials, and other construction debris resulting from water main repairs, emergency main breaks, and routine system maintenance. The scope of work requires the dump site to accommodate ongoing deliveries of debris from water service repairs and system operations throughout the contract term. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore United States organizations. The selected vendor will perform all contract activities offsite at the vendor-provided dump site location.
