Waste Tire Management Services

The Pasco County government authority in Florida is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive waste tire management services. The agency needs to solve the problem of accumulating waste tires at county collection sites, which are open to the public and receive tires from both local residents and businesses. The scope of work requires the vendor to perform waste tire pickup and disposal directly from these designated county facilities. County personnel will load the waste tires from the county facility onto the vendor’s transport trailer. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted onsite at the Florida locations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals from interested bidders to determine the cost of these services. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 9, 2026.
