Disaster Debris Monitoring Services

The City of Hialeah, Florida is seeking disaster debris monitoring services to support the oversight and management of debris recovery contractors. The agency requires contract compliance supervision and inspection services, rather than professional engineering services, for debris generated from public rights-of-way, drainage areas, canals, waterways, and other designated public areas. The selected contractor must also provide damage assessment, training, emergency planning, public assistance consulting, and other disaster management and recovery services as needed. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performing contractor will conduct the work offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services.
