Hydrogeological Consulting Services

The City of Brighton, Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional hydrogeological consulting services on a Time and Materials basis. The agency requires these services to support its municipal water supply infrastructure through on-call groundwater design and consulting. The selected partner will help the agency solve complex water supply challenges, evaluate groundwater feasibility, and oversee well construction projects. The scope of work covers municipal drinking water well and pump station design, including both vertical and horizontal collector wells. The agency also requires groundwater well location and installation feasibility studies, engineering geology, hydrogeological engineering, groundwater and hydrological modeling, and forensic hydrology. Additionally, the project includes geotechnical testing such as soil borings and laboratory testing, as well as construction observation services specifically related to well construction. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this Time and Materials contract. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 9, 2026, and the agency will accept digital proposal submissions via email or online.
