Mobile Centrifuge Biosolids Processing Services

The Hernando County government authority in Brooksville, Florida is seeking on-call mobile centrifuge services on an as-needed, emergency-only basis. The agency is trying to solve the problem of managing wastewater biosolids during emergency situations at its wastewater treatment facility sites. The selected contractor must furnish the mobile centrifuge equipment, qualified operating personnel, mobilization, operation, and demobilization necessary to process the wastewater biosolids. The scope of work covers providing mobile centrifuge units, specifically Model 21-4HC or an approved equivalent, suitable for wastewater biosolids dewatering. The agency requires the contractor to provide qualified, trained personnel to operate, monitor, maintain, and make routine operational adjustments to the centrifuge system during emergency operations. The contractor must also handle the mobilization and demobilization of the equipment to and from each site, comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations, and coordinate all activities with county treatment facility staff. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The performance of the work will take place offsite at the county wastewater treatment facility sites.
