Emergency Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services

The Virgin Islands government authority in St. Croix is seeking emergency disaster debris removal and disposal services to address the aftermath of disaster events. The agency requires a contractor to perform an initial debris push, large-scale debris removal and hauling, and debris separation, storage, processing, and disposal. The selected provider will also handle the demolition of structures, demolition debris removal, and hazardous waste handling. The scope of work covers hazardous limb and tree removal, stump grinding and removal, and the removal of sand from roads, streets, and rights-of-way. Additionally, the agency requires beach sand screening and replacement, emergency berm construction, project management assistance, and support with Federal and State reporting and reimbursement efforts. All performance of the work must occur offsite in St. Croix. Eligibility is limited to onshore, United States organizations only. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this procurement no later than June 19, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and allows for digital submission via email or online.
