Community Health Care Providers Services

The Arizona Department of Health Services in Phoenix is seeking a vendor to provide community health care providers for an adult uninsured vaccine program. The agency requires the selected vendor to receive, inspect, and maintain all purchased vaccines at facilities in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and established cold chain management requirements. The vendor must store these vaccines at appropriate temperatures and in conditions required by manufacturer specifications prior to distribution. The scope of work requires the vendor to establish and communicate vaccine ordering and distribution procedures to all approved providers. The agency also requires the vendor to monitor vaccine inventory, track distribution to provider organizations, and collect and review required reporting from these provider organizations. All services must be performed in a professional manner using generally accepted procedures while exercising reasonable care and diligence. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
