The Travis County Healthcare District, operating as Central Health in Austin, Texas, requires comprehensive waste disposal services for its facilities. The agency is seeking a contractor to collect, transport, and dispose of all non-hazardous solid waste materials generated through daily operations. This refuse includes day-to-day accumulations of putrescible and non-putrescible building and kitchen waste, such as food, food residues, and packaging materials. The scope of work also covers combustible and noncombustible waste materials resulting from routine domestic housekeeping. This encompasses boxes, cartons, wrapping, crockery, plastic containers, fixtures, papers, and small electronic appliances.
