Districtwide Water Treatment Service

The government authority located in El Paso, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide districtwide water treatment services. The agency requires these services to maintain open recirculating cooling systems, cooling towers, evaporative condensers, associated heat exchangers, humidifiers, steam generators, and plate and frame or shell-and-tube heat exchangers connected to HVAC water. The scope also covers chilled water, hot water/heating, condenser water if closed, glycol systems, and Legionella and water management. The selected vendor must perform baseline water testing of makeup, system water, and condensate. The agency expects the vendor to provide corrosion coupon results, bacteria trends, cycles and bleed performance, energy and water observations, and an improvement plan. Additionally, the vendor must deliver energy and water savings reporting and rebate support. The agency will provide safe access, utilities, makeup water, building management system data where available, and timely notice of system changes, leaks, repairs, and mechanical maintenance. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. All performance of the contract work must take place onsite at the agency facilities.
