Drinking Water Facilities Operations, Maintenance and Management Services

The government authority located in Clayville, Rhode Island is seeking a vendor to provide high-quality drinking water facilities operations, maintenance, and management services. The authority requires these services to ensure compliant water system operations, maintain system assets to extend their useful life, and keep the entire system fully operational. The selected vendor must maintain close communication with the superintendent and designees, responding to all correspondence and calls within twenty-four hours. The scope of work covers taking measurements of required water treatment and delivery system variables and submitting reports to the applicable regulatory authority. The vendor must collect and arrange for the analysis of all water quality samples required by State regulatory agencies, including sampling for the water system serving the Rockland Heights complex. Additional responsibilities include responding to and addressing customer complaints regarding water system infrastructure, carrying out water system flushing with customer notifications, and performing necessary water system repairs. Eligible bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States.
