Waste Oil, Used Oil/Fuel Filters and Used Antifreeze Pick Up and Disposal Service

The Golden Empire Transit District in Bakersfield, California is seeking a contractor to provide waste oil, used oil and fuel filters, and used antifreeze pick up and disposal services. The agency needs to empty its used oil tanks and dispose of accumulated hazardous automotive waste streams across multiple participating department locations. This procurement will solve the agency's need for ongoing, compliant removal and recycling of automotive fluids and filtration materials from its maintenance facilities. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to pump used oil from onsite tanks, transport the oil, and dispose of it legally. The contractor must also pick up and dispose of full drums of used antifreeze and used oil and fuel filters, while providing empty replacement drums to the agency upon request.
