Trash, Recycling and Litter Services

The Cherokee Nation in Tahlequah, Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive trash, recycling, and litter services. The agency requires the selected provider to empty trash and recycling barrels on an as-needed basis, reline the barrels with new bags, and transport all collected waste to designated outdoor dumpsters. Additionally, the service provider must pick up litter across all grounds and maintain the cooling tents by monitoring and removing old food, plates, drinks, and other waste daily according to a specified schedule. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite at the authority's location in Tahlequah. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
