Emergency Debris Management and Monitoring Related Accounting Services

The Prince William County government in Virginia requires emergency debris management, debris monitoring, and related accounting services during debris-generating emergencies. The agency is seeking a contractor to efficiently remove and lawfully dispose of disaster-generated debris from public property and public rights-of-way, as well as set up and operate Debris Management Sites. The selected partner must be capable of assembling, directing, and managing a workforce that can remove approximately 1,250,000 cubic yards of debris within required timeframes. The scope of work covers loading and hauling debris to designated sites or authorized disposal facilities, performing debris by-product recycling programs approved by the county, and hauling non-recycled debris to authorized disposal facilities.
