Disaster Debris Removal Services

The City of Leander, Texas, is seeking disaster debris removal services on an as-needed basis to protect public health, safety, and well-being during emergency or disaster situations. The agency requires clean-up, demolition, removal, reduction, and disposal of debris on public property and public rights-of-way in the shortest time period possible. These services will support the agency during the preparation, response, recovery, and mitigation phases of emergency situations or disasters. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed onsite in Leander, Texas. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. The agency will host a non-mandatory, on-site pre-bid meeting on June 25, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 29, 2026.
