Vactor Services

The City of Wylie, Texas, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive vactor services for its municipal infrastructure. The agency requires the removal, hauling, and disposal of sludge, solids, soil, sand, rags, grease, grit, and other debris. This waste will be generated from the cleaning or hydro excavation of wastewater facilities, which may include lift stations, wastewater treatment plant basins, pipelines, holding tanks, and other facilities as requested. The project covers onsite performance of all requested services within the designated municipal facilities. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, either via email or through the designated online portal. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. Bidders must submit all clarifying questions regarding the solicitation no later than June 22, 2026. The agency is currently looking for proposals to evaluate pricing and has not disclosed a specific budget limit.
