Remove and Dispose Multiple Abandoned Boats Service

The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contractor to remove and dispose of multiple abandoned boats in West Columbia, South Carolina. The agency requires the complete extraction of all vessels, either in whole or in pieces, to eliminate hazards and clear the designated waterways. To resolve this issue, the selected contractor must provide a tug, cranes, or other equipment capable of lifting and transporting all vessel parts safely to a drydock. The scope of work demands that the contractor dispose of all recovered vessels and debris in a prescribed manner that strictly complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Because the operations occur over water, the agency requires the contractor to hold a General Marine Liability Insurance Policy of no less than one million dollars.
