Waste Disposal and Recycle services

The White River Junction, Vermont government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive waste disposal and recycling services. The agency requires these services to be performed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The selected provider will handle the disposal and recycling of single-stream recycling, scrap metal, scrap wood, pallets, and construction and demolition debris. The single-stream recycling category covers cardboard, mixed paper, plastic, glass, and aluminum. The scrap metal category includes appliances, office furniture, wire, pipe, and medical equipment, while the scrap wood category covers lumber, branches, and trunks. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 02, 2026.
