RFI for Residential Reentry Services and Home Confinement Services

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing residential reentry services and home confinement services in Washington, DC. The agency requires a contractor to deliver these services offsite at the contractor's own office premises. The selected provider must protect, defend, indemnify, save, and hold harmless the United States Government, the Bureau of Prisons, and its employees or agents from all claims, expenses, and liabilities arising from negligent acts or omissions. The contractor also must assume full responsibility for all litigation and associated costs brought against the company, its employees, or its agents. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and viability of the market. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this request for information no later than July 8, 2026.
