Integrated Support Services Through the Long-Term Homeless Supportive Services Fund

The Minnesota government authority is seeking integrated support services funded through the Long-Term Homeless Supportive Services Fund. The agency aims to reduce the number of individuals and families experiencing long-term homelessness while increasing housing opportunities that feature supportive services. To solve these challenges, the authority requires the development of integrated, cost-effective service models addressing multiple barriers to housing stability, such as abuse, neglect, chemical dependency, disability, chronic health problems, and racial or ethnic disparities. The project scope encourages the creation of seamless partnerships among counties, community agencies, schools, and other providers to streamline the service delivery system. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the selected partner to perform all work offsite. Regarding budget, the authority is looking for proposals to define the financial scope of the project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 17, 2026.
