Delinquent Accounts Collection Services

The agency is seeking delinquent accounts collection services to recover outstanding customer balances. The selected firm will assist the district in this effort while maintaining professionalism, regulatory compliance, customer confidentiality, and sensitivity to public agency operations. The project covers the collection of delinquent utility accounts. Services include skip tracing and debtor location, telephone, written, and electronic communications, and payment coordination and resolution support. The scope also includes monthly financial reporting and account tracking, and credit reporting services where applicable. Legal collection coordination will only occur when authorized in writing by the district. Eligibility requires that performance of the work be onshore, within the USA only. Performance of the work will be onsite. The agency is looking for proposals. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
