Gender Responsive Case Management Services

The agency is seeking gender-responsive case management services for community corrections in Denver, Colorado. The services encompass assessment, treatment matching, and case plan development and implementation. The work includes one-on-one client meetings focused on case plan goals, motivation enhancement, and skill training with directed practice. The project covers coordination of client schedules and services, including group interventions, treatment, and support for family reunification. Assistance with and support of ongoing implementation of a resident level system and a contingency management program are also required. The agency also requires support for residents in developing connections that foster successful community transition and long-term healthy support. Support for milieu management and client progression consistent with justice system requirements and integrated case plans is part of the scope. Performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations only, meaning USA organizations. The contract period will be for three years. A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
