Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Insurance, and Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Services

The agency is seeking proposals for long-term and short-term disability insurance, and term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance services. The agency requires a long-term disability insurance plan that includes both employer-paid core benefits for specific medical plan participants and optional buy-up voluntary benefits. The agency also requires employer-paid and voluntary supplemental group term life and accidental death and dismemberment plans, along with voluntary dependent life coverage for spouses, domestic partners, and children. The scope of work covers active basic life and AD&D, active voluntary supplementary life and AD&D, active voluntary spouse/domestic partner life and AD&D, active voluntary child(ren) life, and retiree voluntary life. Performance of the work will be conducted offsite. Bidders must be an onshore organization located within the USA.
