RFI for Life Cycle Assessment Service - Pre Release

The government authority in Washington, DC seeks a life cycle assessment service for grass-fed cattle. The requested scope includes a cradle-to-farm gate study using primary data from enrolled ranches, development of an economic allocation factor from three years of slaughterhouse data, and on-farm emissions/impact analysis using at least three years of historical grazing and farm data. The analysis must comply with ISO 14040/44 and Higg MSI Methodology for submission to the Higg MSI database. The vendor must be a USA Organization only. Proposals are sought, and the RFP is expected to be announced in September 2026.
