Food and Catering Services

The agency is seeking proposals for food and catering services to be provided on an as-needed basis. Services can include bakery delicacies, platters and trays, boxed lunches, deli sandwiches, pizzas, desserts, food trucks, and beverages. Orders will be delivered to Plano ISD school or department locations, or picked up by the school or department. The contract period is for one year from the date of award, with the option for Plano ISD to extend for five additional one-year periods. Plano ISD also has the option to extend the RFP at the end of the performance period for up to 120 days. The estimated annual expenditure for this contract is approximately $500,000.00. Questions must be submitted no later than May 25, 2027, at 10:00 AM CT. Responses are due by June 1, 2027, at 10:00 AM CT. Eligibility is restricted to Onshore (USA Organization Only). Performance of the work will be Onsite. The agency requires bidders to submit a W9 (Rev. March 2024) and complete a Pre-Service Affidavit for any employee or subcontractor who will provide services at Plano ISD facilities. Bidders must also comply with Plano ISD Standard Terms and Conditions. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
