Diverting Children, Adolescents and Young Adults Service

The Massachusetts Probation Service seeks proposals for a service to divert children, adolescents, and young adults from the criminal justice system. The service will fund community-based prevention and alternative case processing programs for individuals aged 11 to 24. Requested activities include connecting youth to mental health services, providing youth development and mentoring, engaging youth with their communities, promoting school safety, offering family home visits, and implementing juvenile diversion, restorative justice, and mediation programs. Assistance for families and schools navigating the legal system is also required. The work will be performed offsite, and only US organizations are eligible. Proposals are currently being sought, and questions must be submitted by July 24, 2026.
