Debt Collection Services

The agency is seeking debt collection services on an as-needed basis. This initiative aims to establish a pool of qualified vendors capable of providing appropriate collection methods, systems, resources, and support. The contract period will be for two years. The performance of the work will be onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. Questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
