Collection Agency Services

The agency is seeking collection agency services for its Blackwood, NJ location. The agency will charge on a percentage basis and utilize letter techniques, telephone contacts, skip-tracing, and credit bureau tracing to resolve debt. Litigation will not proceed without written authorization. The selected agency will determine which accounts are unrecoverable within 180 days of receipt and return those accounts. The agency will also review existing data for accuracy and completeness of student accounts. Performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must be an onshore USA organization only. The contract term will be for two years. All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
