Forensic Assertive Community Treatment Full-Service Partnership and Intensive Case Management Services

The agency is seeking forensic assertive community treatment full-service partnership and intensive case management services. These services are recovery-oriented and field-based, designed for adults in California with serious mental illness. The target population experiences significant functional impairments, frequent crises, high service needs, and has the highest acuity, benefiting from intensive community-based support. The contract period will be for one year. The performance of the work will be offsite. The agency is looking for proposals and requires bidders to be an onshore USA organization only.
