Power Plant and Source Relative Accuracy Test Audit Testing Services

The agency is seeking professional emissions testing services for power plants and source relative accuracy test audits. The agency requires measurement of emissions from natural gas-fired turbines at various operating conditions as outlined in applicable standards and permits. This includes onsite testing activities after equipment setup and prior to teardown, performed annually or biennially as required for each location. The project covers emissions testing at each plant, determining stack gas concentrations and mass emission rates for applicable pollutants. The performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must be an onshore USA organization only. The agency is looking for proposals. All questions must be submitted no later than August 06, 2026.
