Civil Case and Matter Management System

The City requires a civil case and matter management system. This system must support litigation management, claims management, document management, knowledge management, analytics, and integration with City systems. The scope includes a consolidated case/matter database, document management with version control and OCR, knowledge management for subject matter experts and legal assets, and a claims management system with a public-facing intake portal and predictive analytics. The contract period is three years, and the work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on August 20, 2026. The City is looking for proposals.
