Commercial and Residential Painting Services

The agency is seeking commercial and residential painting services for government-owned properties in San Marcos, CA. This includes interior and exterior painting for a wide range of city-owned buildings, facilities, parks, structures, equipment, and public infrastructure. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis. The scope of work covers painting for administrative buildings, fire stations, community centers, aquatic facilities, libraries, park buildings and shelters, restroom facilities, maintenance facilities, warehouses, caretaker residences, corporation yards, parking structures and lots, public rights-of-way, utility facilities, and recreational facilities. The performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations located within the USA. The agency is looking for proposals to address this need.
