Electronic Waste Recycling and Disposal Services

The agency is seeking electronic waste recycling and disposal services for its location in Aiken, SC. The selected vendor must possess and maintain a current R2 certification. The vendor must be capable of collecting, transporting, processing, and recycling large quantities of electronic waste, including loads of twenty or more pallets per pickup. The project covers the routine removal of solid-state drives, hard disk drives, and other data storage devices from equipment prior to disposal to ensure data security. The vendor must adhere to all federal, state, and local environmental regulations concerning the handling, transportation, recycling, and disposal of electronic waste. E-waste may include CRT monitors, flat panel monitors, desktop computers, laptops, MacBooks, tablets, projectors, smart boards, network and telephone equipment, hard drives, solid-state drives, and peripheral devices. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The performance of the work will occur offsite. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
