The City of College Park seeks a professional consulting firm to serve as its Safety Action Plan Consultant for the development of a City-wide Comprehensive Safety Action Plan. The scope includes schedule management, progress reporting, integration of multidisciplinary technical work, outreach to vulnerable roadway users and communities, and development of a transparent methodology for identifying high-injury locations and systemic safety risks. The firm will also support the development of measurable safety goals consistent with the Safe System Approach and Vision Zero principles. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. The performance of the work will be offsite. The City is looking for proposals. The issue date is July 23, 2026, with requests for information due August 18, 2026, and the submittal due date on September 11, 2026.
