On-Call Right of Way and Appraisal Services

The City of Porterville seeks on-call right of way and appraisal services for multiple Capital Improvement Projects. Services will be provided through task orders on an as-needed basis, with performance occurring offsite. The selected consultant must possess substantial working knowledge of the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act and state eminent domain law, hold appropriate appraisal licenses, and be able to prepare compliant documents for state and federally funded transportation projects according to Caltrans' procedures. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. The City is looking for proposals.
