University Research Instrumentation Program Service

The Department of War seeks university research instrumentation program service. The service involves basic research, defined as systematic study directed toward greater knowledge or understanding of fundamental aspects of phenomena and observable facts without specific applications. This includes scientific study and experimentation to increase fundamental knowledge and understanding in physical, engineering, environmental, and life sciences related to long-term national security needs. The performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The buyer is looking for proposals.
