Contracted Services for Fine Arts

The government authority in Texas requires contracted services for fine arts. These services will support and enrich fine arts instruction, creative learning experiences, and professional development for students and staff across multiple disciplines. Services may be short-term, recurring, or as needed, supplementing agency instructional staff by providing specialized expertise not typically available. Deliverables may include information, advice, recommendations, intellectual products, direct participation, demonstrations, performances, or products, delivered in person or virtually, and must align with state fine arts standards and district instructional goals. Eligible vendors must be onshore USA organizations. The contract period is three years. All questions must be submitted no later than December 4, 2026. The authority is looking for proposals.
