Grant Writing Services

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS), is seeking grant writing services. DPSS needs to research, identify, develop, write, prepare, and submit successful grant proposals for federal, state, local government, and private foundation grants. The agency aims to secure funding for vulnerable families, adults, and children, including areas like child abuse prevention, foster youth, seniors, and unhoused individuals. The scope of work includes grant research to align funding sources with project goals, grant writing and submission of competitive proposals, and grant administration involving coordination, collaboration, and reporting. The awarded vendor will research and write grants for specific projects and will be compensated based on an hourly rate. The contract period will be for one year. Eligibility requires bidders to be an onshore USA organization only. Performance of the work will be offsite. Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online. All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 20, 2026. The proposal submission deadline is September 17, 2026, on or before 1:30 P.M. Pacific Time. The budget is indicated by the request for proposals.
