Cloud-Based Financial Accounting System

The buyer requires a cloud-based financial accounting system. This includes system infrastructure, implementation, deployment, and ongoing support. The system must provide data entry and edit controls, data search, query, and display, document management, report design and generation, financial reporting capabilities, chart of accounts design and management, general ledger functionality, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. It also requires integrations with external systems and data sources, including a two-way integration with a Data Repository and Analysis System. The system must capture monthly detailed data from the custodian book of record. The buyer is seeking proposals. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 10, 2026, and all questions are due by August 17, 2026. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities.
