The buyer requires web-based human resources and payroll processing software. The solution must be a comprehensive Human Capital Management (HCM) system including electronic time and attendance, payroll processing, and core HR functions. Modules for recruitment, applicant tracking, and employee performance evaluations are also needed. The system must be a fully functional, 24/7 web-based application with flexible time recording, shift scheduling, and automatic integration of schedules and timesheets into payroll. It must support payroll tax and deduction calculations, offer customizable reports, and provide native customizable dashboards for management review and data export. The software must accommodate at least 80 active employees and facilitate historical data transfer. Bidders must be an onshore USA organization.
