The solution must offer a user-friendly purchasing experience, support mobile and digital ticketing with transfer capabilities, and integrate with existing university authentication and payment systems. It should allow flexible event management across multiple venues and departments, provide robust reporting and analytics, and support future scalability. The platform must be cloud-based SaaS with a mobile-responsive, ADA/WCAG compliant interface, supporting custom branding and multi-department/venue architecture. Key features include support for at least eight venues, recurring and season ticket management, reserved seating, and general admission. Ticketing functionalities encompass mobile/digital delivery, customizable e-tickets, guest checkout, and QR code scanning. Payment processing requires integration with Authorize.net or equivalent, supporting various mobile payment methods and departmental settlement. Bidders must be a US-based organization.
