Cloud-Based Laboratory Information Management System Replacement and Implementation Services

The buyer requires cloud-based laboratory information management system replacement and implementation services. The vendor must deliver a fully integrated, scalable, and secure cloud-based solution supporting laboratory operations, field sampling, regulatory compliance, and enterprise system integration. The solution must offer high availability, failover, backup, and restoration capabilities. It needs to support controlled linkage to chemical inventory, traceability, chain-of-custody documents, and provide end-to-end traceability from sample receipt to record retention. The system must also support parent-child sample relationships, aliquots, splits, duplicates, resamples, and associated sample functions. Chain-of-custody records require timestamps, responsible personnel, transfer history, custody changes, comments, and attachments. Mobile-capable functionality for field sampling workflows, user-defined calculations, and historical trend analysis are also required. The solution should support billing and invoicing or integrate with external billing/ERP processes. Eligibility is restricted to Onshore (USA Organization Only) entities.
